Kelly Goulden, Executive Director
Kelly graduated from MSVU with her Bachelor of Applied Arts (Child and Youth Study) in 2000. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary's University which she obtained in 1998. She has been active in the field of Early Childhood Education for the past 16 years. Kelly has been working with the NSCCA since January 2014, and is currently the Executive Director. Before accepting the position of Office and Events Coordinator with the NSCCA in 2014, she worked full time an Early Childhood Educator, and as Head Teacher for a non profit child care centre in Dartmouth. Kelly believes that all children have the right to high quality, affordable, accessible Early Childhood programs that are engaging and stimulating. She feels that educated, motivated, inspired educators and leaders are essential to the delivery of those quality programs.
Anjelica Frankland, Membership Services Coordinator
Anjelica graduated from Acadia with her Bachelor of Education Degree in Elementary Education in 2012. She also has her Bachelor of Arts from MSVU and her ECE diploma as well as a Business Administration diploma from the Atlantic Business College in Fredericton, NB. Anjelica spent a year teaching ESL in China to students in Kindergarten up to grade 5. She was the owner of Aplaydia & Ivy School of Music for 2 years prior to having her son, Levi in 2014. Anjelica is looking forward to returning to work as the Membership Service Coordinator for the NSCCA.
